For patient who have webcam access, you can sign up for a free AIM account by clicking here. or a .Mac Account.  And download AIM.

1.  Once you have your AIM or .MAC screen name, and downloaded the AIM program send Dr. Shieh your screen name.

2.  Once you receive an email confirmation from Dr. Shieh, you will be given Dr. Shieh's online screen Name for a live online consultations.

3. All established patients of Dr. Shieh' Clinic have this consultation access free of charge.
